Alan Mills is the Executive Director of Uptown People's Law Center, a nonprofit community legal clinic located on the North Side of Chicago which fights on behalf of tenants, the disabled, and prisoners in Illinois. UPLC currently has seven class action lawsuits filed against the Illinois Department of Corrections.
