Claudia Johnson is the program manager for LawHelp Interactive, working with legal nonprofits, other nonprofits, pro bono programs, and court systems using online document assembly technology to close the justice gap. With more than 28 years of professional experience, Claudia has been behind many “first” projects across the country in the realms of legal hotlines, language access and standards, and innovation in eviction cases, focusing in the past nine years on online forms as agents for innovation, including SRL friendly e-filing. Claudia loves to learn and share what she knows to improve outcomes and empower people. She is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds three other degrees from UC Berkeley (MPP, MPH, and BA). She was a Skadden Fellow from 1997 to 1999 in Philadelphia. In her spare time, she is an ally and advocate for LGBTQ kids and youth in eastern Washington and sits on the board of Tri Cities Community Health. She resides in eastern Washington.
