Matthew Stubenberg graduated cum laude from Maryland Law School in 2013. He is the current IT director and staff attorney for the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS). He has created a number of successful legal apps including MDExpungement.com, an automated expungement website. He currently runs the criminal record expungement program at MVLS and is working on a Maryland case data collection project named CLUE.
